Sage Tarot Journal
Tarot Journal

A tarot journal for readings you do yourself

Sage has no deck to shuffle. You pull the cards from your own, record what came out, and it writes the reading and keeps it.

Choose one of seven spreads, place the cards you actually drew, and mark any that came out reversed. Sage writes a detailed interpretation from those exact cards in those exact positions — not a list of card meanings, but a reading that accounts for how the cards interact, which suit dominates, how much of the Major Arcana is on the table, and where the reversals fall.

Every reading is saved. Come back later, add a note about what actually happened, and rate whether it landed. Once you have a few, Sage shows you what you cannot see from inside a single spread: the cards that keep returning, the suit your life is currently being decided in, and which cards you read well against the ones that consistently catch you out.

Single Card for daily practice. Past · Present · Future. The Celtic Cross as a full ten-card diagnostic. The Horseshoe. The Relationship spread, read from both sides. The Crossroads and Two Paths for decisions, showing what each option offers and what it costs.

All 78 Rider–Waite–Smith cards, with upright and reversed meanings written in plain English, what to look for in each picture, the element and the astrological attribution. There is a Learn section covering how the deck is put together, what the four suits mean, and what reversed actually means — which is not “the opposite”. Study rounds quiz you on the cards you have actually pulled.

Sage is free and has no ads. Your readings are stored in your own browser, never uploaded, and there is no account to create. It works offline.
