Three of Pentacles
In shortSkilled work, done properly, with other people.

This is craft: competence recognised, a team where each person actually contributes their expertise, the early stage of building something that will last. It rewards doing the job well over doing it fast.
Reversed
poor teamworkwork undervaluedmediocre effortignoring expertise
The collaboration is off. Expertise ignored, credit given to the wrong person, work rushed to a standard nobody is proud of, or roles nobody has defined. It can also mean you are underselling a skill you earned.
In the pictureA sculptor stands on a bench in a cathedral while a monk and a nobleman consult plans with him — labour, faith, and money at the same table, all three necessary. The three pentacles are carved into the arch: already part of the structure.
The turn
Bring in the person who actually knows. Then do it to a standard you would sign.
